Refund Policy
At Hip Heads, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our hair and headwear accessory products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. Please review our refund policy below:
- Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items must have the tags still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different one, please contact us at info@hipheads.com to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@hipheads.com with details and photos of the product and the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- Shipping: To return your product, please mail your product to 423 9th Street North, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
